You book an appointment online and arrive at the Lexus South Pointe Service Centre. You then drive your vehicle into the Service Drive-thru and are greeted by a friendly Service Advisor. Our service technicians collect your vehicle and begin any scheduled work in our large service bays.

Enjoy a cup of dark roast coffee while you kick back and relax in one of our lounges. Check out the news on one of the large screen HD TVs, unwind in one of our leather massage chairs or get some work done at one of our workstations!

Step 2: Get Golfin’ (Virtually)

Now that you’ve grabbed your coffee, how about a round of golf? We know that Edmonton has many golf fans, and we’re excited to offer a complimentary indoor Virtual Golf Simulator. Practice your swing and explore some of the best golf courses from around the world while you wait for your service appointment to finish. 

To visit our golf simulator, take the stairs to our second floor. 

Fun Fact: One of our product advisors is a PGA Canada Member with a career-low score of 63! In addition to walking you through the features of your chosen Lexus and answering any questions you might have, he can also offer pointers on your golf swing.
