Your Lexus South Pointe Oil Change Experience

To get started, book your appointment with one of our experienced service advisors online. Not only can you schedule service appointments, but you can also check the real-time status of your vehicle while it’s in the shop!

To book an appointment, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s make, model and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). As you continue booking your appointment, select the desired service (like an oil change) and preferred date. Our Service Department is open from 7:30 AM - 5 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM - 4 PM on Saturdays. 

We offer shuttle services and loaner vehicles for maintenance and repair appointments longer than three hours.

Step 1: Check-in at Lexus South Pointe

When you first arrive at Lexus South Pointe, drive your vehicle to the Service Department bay doors on the north side of our building. You can pull into the service bay, where an advisor will greet you and do a vehicle walk-around inspection. 

Once your service advisor has finished, they will take you inside to chat about your vehicle service needs. Our service technicians will begin work on your vehicle while you get comfortable indoors.

Step 2: Enjoy Premium Amenities

Take it easy and enjoy our various luxury amenities while you wait for your vehicle. 

You can relax in any of our dealership lounges with massage chairs, TVs, complimentary snacks, baked goods, tea, and coffee. Or perhaps you’d like to partake in a game of golf in our virtual golf simulator? 

If nails are more your speed, you can enjoy a complimentary manicure or pedicure in our on-site nail salon.

Step 3: Technicians Complete Your Oil Change

Oil changes at our dealership typically take an hour and a half to complete. Our technicians have experience with all makes and models, meaning you can experience the amazing amenities at Lexus South Pointe with any vehicle!

Engine oil isn’t the only thing checked during an oil change appointment. Our technicians will check your vehicle for service and safety issues, top-up vehicle fluids like window washer fluid, and perform tire alignments.

Step 4: Chat With Your Service Advisor

Once your vehicle’s oil change has been completed, you can finalize payment and any remaining paperwork with your service advisor. Our team will tell you if any service issues were noticed during your appointment.

Vehicle manufacturers have different recommendations for oil change schedules. Typically, we recommend our guests get an oil change every 8,000km for vehicles 2016 and older and every 16,000km for 2016 and newer models. However, our service experts recommend a maintenance check-up every 8,000km or 6 months, regardless of model year. 

Step 5: Collect Your Vehicle
